Attorney J. Michael Springmann a veteran of 20 years in the United States Federal Government including the Foreign Service, where he supervised the issuance of visas from many countries, including Germany and Saudi Arabia, practices immigration, family and criminal defense law in Washington, DC. A member of the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia bars, he works with clients in metropolitan District of Columbia, Prince George's and Montgomery counties and in Arlington, Alexandria and Fairfax counties. Mr Springman is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Attorney Springmann's immigration practice covers a range of immigration issues, but focuses primarily on business and family matters. He has handled inter-company transfers of foreign nationals to the United States. He has helped set up American subsidiaries of foreign companies.
